NBI ANTI ILLEGAL DRUGS OPERATION – BUY BUST
POST OPERATION REPORT
BRIEF FACTS OF THE CASE:

This refers to the information received by this office for the past few days against alias “CQ” and his unidentified associate in Brgy. Tiptip, Tagbilaran City, Bohol is possessing and repacking of illegal drugs (shabu) inside his residence in the aforementioned address. Further information revealed, that there were several personalities seen in said residence who are engaged in the buy and sell of shabu in cohorts of Mr. CQ. Said illegal drugs will be distributed by the subject within the barangay and other neighboring areas, as well as other Barangays in Tagbilaran City. A test-buy has already been conducted against the subject on March 29, 2016 @2pm (inside his house) and March 29, 2016 @9am at the waiting shed of Salazar corner Darunday Streets, Tiptip dist. Tagbilaran City, and drug examination of which conducted by PNP-SOCO Bohol turned positive for Methamphitamine Hydrochloried, a dangerous drug. As such, buy bust operation has been conducted on March 31, 2016 @4:30 pm which resulted to the arrest of the following respondents in the said area, to wit:
1. JULIAN BALURAN y GUTTIEREZ, High School Level, Born on July 27, 1986 at tiptip dist., Tagbilaran City
2. J-CLIFF QUIJANO y REPOLLO, College graduate, Born on July 4, 1982 at Lapu Lapu City, Cebu
3. ROMEO TELMO y ALTURAS, College level, Born on July 22, 1965 at Panabo, Davao del Norte

Said arrested persons will be prosecuted via INQUEST PROCEEDINGS for violating Sec. 5 Art. II, of RA 9165 otherwise known as The Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002 based on the evidences recovered/confiscated during buy bust operation:
a.) 1 pc. Big sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be shabu with estimated weight of 25 grams or its equivalent value of 50,000.00 will be subjected and turn-over to PNP Soco Bohol for drug examination

b.) Marked money woth P50,000.00 denominated as one (1) original and forty nine (49) Bogus money with same serial nos. PK867828;

c.) Two (2) cellular phones (Samsung and O+)

d.) One (1) unit Honda XRM motorcycles used by subjects during buy bust;

Subject were out rightly apprised of their constitutional rights and the reasons of their arrest, then they will be subjected for urine examination as part of the process and procedure. The operation was conducted in an orderly and peaceful manner in the presence of Elected Brgy. Officials of Tiptip District, Tagbilaran City, as well as, representative from Media and Department of Justice.
