On or about 061345H April 2016, this office received a cell phone call coming from a
concerned citizen that alpha vehicular accident transpired along the National Highway
particularly at Barangay Buenasuerte, Pilar, Bohol. PNP elements of this Station led by the
undersigned PINSP Dario Avenido Nuez, together with PO3 Ergen Valles, PO2 Francisco J. Amila
Jr. and PO1 Joel Tado immediately responded at the said area. Upon arrival thereat, initial
investigation conducted revealed that on or about 061310H, same date and place a Southern
Star Passenger Bus, color yellow, body number 12029, plate number GXN 742, chassis number
